I have been wanting to write a blog for years. I started one three years ago....about running. It was going to track my progress from couch to 5K! It lasted maybe two posts and then I decided that I wasn't a fan of running around my neighborhood, my ass trailing about a block behind me, while people I actually knew and had to face while checking the mail drove past me. So Humilitiating! Once I quit running there was nothing left to blog about. This time things are taking a much less specific direction. I might blog about running and how humiliating it is to have your neighbors drive past you while you are all too acutely aware of the scene you are making in your jogging attire, things shaking like an earthquake with every motion. (That experience is seared into my mind, clearly.) But this time things will be diffent. I will post more than two blog entries. I might post two a day on occasion. This time I am going to blog about my family, my job, my husband, his job, our kids, our dog, relationships, friends, Christianity, adventures, something, anything, maybe even nothing. So basically, life as we know it.
So for any readers that don't know me personally and maybe even some that do, but are still not privy to all the details... I am a 31 year old mother of three boucing baby boys. Two of them are no longer babies but believe me, they still bounce off the walls like you wouldn't believe. The littlest of the bunch is just shy of one year old. He is the most precious little bundle. Ok, big bundle. They keep us busy for sure. My husband and I have been married for almost 10 years. We have had our ups and downs like most couples but have managed to stick together through it all. At the end of the day I would marry him all over again....unless you catch me right after he has acted like a complete moron in which case I would probably claim otherwise. We have our faults but are trying to piss each other off less with each passing day so I guess that's progress.
